We are a privately owned family office operating across debt, real estate, and the commodities markets.
The business was formally incorporated over eight years ago, building on more than 25 years of experience across financial structuring, property investment, and international trade.
Approach
Our model is deliberately focused. We do not pursue high volumes of transactions or broad mandates.
Instead, we engage in a limited number of opportunities at any given time, ensuring that each project receives the attention, resources, and execution capability required to complete successfully.
Investment & Trading Activities
Debt
We actively acquire and participate in debt positions across a range of situations and structures.
This includes the acquisition of distressed loan books and the purchase of booked debts arising from insolvency scenarios, where we are able to take a direct position and manage the outcome.
In addition, we provide structured funding for transactions where a clear security package and defined exit strategy are in place.
This includes short-term and bridging finance secured against property and other tangible assets, where speed of execution and certainty of funding are critical.
Commodities
We participate in physical and structured commodities transactions across international markets.
Our activities are supported by a well-established global network of counterparties, suppliers, and intermediaries, enabling access to off-market opportunities and efficient transaction execution.
We focus on transactions where roles, supply chains, and commercial terms are clearly defined, and where our network adds tangible value to completion.
Real Estate
We invest in and transact across a broad spectrum of real estate assets, including residential and commercial property, land (with and without planning permission), and multi-unit blocks.
Our approach is opportunistic and value-driven, with a focus on situations where pricing, structure, or complexity creates an advantage.
We are able to act quickly on acquisitions and disposals, either independently or alongside trusted partners where appropriate.
Network & Partnerships
While we principally act on our own account, we maintain strong relationships with institutional partners, private groups, and trading counterparties.
Where appropriate, we are able to introduce or syndicate opportunities through this network to ensure execution.
