What We Consider

We focus on opportunities where:

A blue icon depicting growth and sustainability, featuring a plant with leaves growing from various geometric shapes including a house, a building, and a rectangular block.

The transaction is clearly defined and commercially grounded.

Icon of a computer monitor displaying a bar chart and a magnifying glass with a line graph inside, representing data analysis.

Security, risk, and structure are transparent.

Icon of a document with text lines and a clock, representing timed or scheduled documents.

A credible and time-bound exit is identified.

Icon of digital network with human figures connected by lines, representing a social or professional network.

All principal parties are known and directly engaged.

We engage only where we can take a clear position and contribute to execution.

We do not review or respond to:

  • Unstructured or speculative proposals

  • Introducer-only opportunities without direct involvement

  • Transactions lacking defined counterparties

  • Early-stage concepts without a clear execution pathway

  • Requests for funding without security and exit clarity
